out of focus
not enough head space/cropping
placing subject smack dab in the center of the photo
ISO's are way to high therefore the noise level is through the roof
I could go on about what is wrong with the photo but all you that know photography could add to the list.
What is RIGHT with it is it portrays real life in the west. Rodeos, cowboys, Levis, boots and dirt.
I wish that I would have been allowed to get down on the dirt floor to take photo but that is reserved for the professionals. So here I have to get what I can seated way up in the, what is referred to as the nose bleed section. I feel as though I am trying to take photos from a 5 story building and of ants being up so high in the bleachers.
Bad lighting, fast action, no use of a tripod at least I have my 300mm lens with me. Oh add did I mention that I love fast action rodeo? Question thou, why is it that they always save the best part for last, the bulls? Is it that that is what everyone else enjoys seeing? If they had them first the rodeo would be over?

Actually this tells tons about the rodeo, face paced and exciting...the blur makes me feel the excitement and makes me wish I were there with you!
You caught some action with this one. We live near Oakdale, CA, the Cowboy Capital of the World. They have the first rodeo around here, and it started this past weekend. We had a beautiful day and then it poured rain. I guess the attendance fell off a lot. They usually expect 30- to 40,000 people. That was enough to put my DH off from attending. He hates crowds. :(
I would LOVE to go photograph a radio. Jealous that you even got the chance!
