{Day 65}

Theme #34 Breakfast
I have been trying really hard for the past several weeks to cut back on the carbs. Trying to only get 30gms of them or less per meal and have that amount has to be in the form of protein.
So breakfast is
fruit with low fat cheese
hard egg, slice of tomato and toast
or 1 cup cooked cereal and slice of Canadian bacon.
