It's been some time since it was time to put all my clocks ahead and hour. Missed one and as I was getting ready to reset the time, I wondered if it were possible to slow the second hand down via photography. Must have way too much time on my hands.
As you can slightly tell, Yes it is possible to slow time. I also realized that my second hand is almost right on.
