2.01.11 Arranged

Here's a quick little arrangement I made just for my blogg'n friends.  Extra sweet with just the right amount of honey.
This year I took an oath to eat more nutritious meals.  Get rid of the junk food so hopefully I can get rid of my junk in the "trunk".   Honey Nut Cherrios is just one of the ways I start off my day.  I think they look better arranged and stacked up than they do in my bowl.
My TOP TEN reasons for desiding to eat better -
1.  Get the Dr. of my case
2.  Hoping that my energy level with raise as the scale lowers
3.  I have my eye on a new dress size
4.  I have a 50 mile handcart trec this July, I want to be pulling the handcart not riding in it
5.  Would be extra nice to get off my inhaler
6.  Veggies can really my friend, REALLY
7.  Got to put an end to fast food
8.  Have to get back into the kitchen cooking routine
9.  Hate seeing what DH has started calling a well balanced meal (potoato chips and cottage cheese) YUK-O
10.  Healthy foods give me lots of food photo opportunities.

Now where are those carrot sticks?  Hope they didn't go out to the horses.

That's a neat little stack of goodness, how high did you get before they toppled...

Love it! I am also eating better and losing weight, although I am not going on a 50 mile trek! (However, one of my daughter's is!) I really wouldn't mind going if I could ride and take pictures!!

Ha ha ... I feel your pain. Since I've taken up more structured walking, my family and friends say I "wobble." Ouch! Love HN Cherios ... a true life saver.

Good luck with your journey - and I'll never look at my morning Cheerios the same way again!

I never thought of this photo being well balanced. You know how hard it is to stack cheerios? I almost got out the glue bottle to put an end to them falling over.

Great photo--spose you could've moistened each one and they would've stuck in a stack!
