{Day 7} Relaxation
Today was a good day, I finally got to get on my sled. Now for those of you that are reading this and saying to yourself, "what does this have to do with RELAXATION?" let me tell you. Where I live, getting on your sled and heading for the high country for great snow is relaxing. Riding in the snow means you taking a few friends and of course your husband hit the high country, make some new trails, eat lunch, play, ride fast and just have a great time. This is my favorite time of the year where I can be found just LOOKING, LISTENING, DRIVING FAST and just plane RELAXING on my sled in the snow.

{Day 5} Baby
I would like to introduce Lucas Charles Rettke. He was born Dec 22nd 2008 in Seattle, Washington's when that area was having the worst snow storms and flooding ever in the states history. His parents will always remember when they almost couldn't get to the hospital.
{Day 4} Blue
Now you are probably looking at this picture and thinking to yourself, HEY that bus isn't blur. In reality it really is and here is why.
I remember many rides on the BIG BLUE BIRD BUS. Getting up early in the morning peering out my bedroom window, watching for my ride to school to come. This is where I met up with my friends. Where I finished up on my homework. This was my ride to the local ski hill during the winter. My ride to state basketball championship games. To this day I can still remember my bus drivers name, Reed Anderson. Funny how some things we never forget just don't ask me what I did last week. So Blue is for my Blue Bird Bus.

Red Bull
Red Bull
While driving down one of the busiest street in town this morning and spotted this BIG RED BULL on top of a Mexican restaurant. Spotting it brought back memories of when I was dating my husband. This is the only place that I have ever had a guy literally fall for me. When my Husband and I were dating he took me to this very restaurant. My husband slipped outside on some ice and down he went when we arrived here. So what did I do, I did what any self respecting female would do considering the situation, I let him go. I didn't want to make a bad situation worse by having us both on the ground. To this day he reminds me that I am the only gal he has ever fallen for.

Baby Its Cold Outside
Jeez Louise, I still haven't taken my humming bird feeder down from last summer. Can you say procrastination. For some reason I just can't bring myself to admit that summer is over and winter is here even thou I am surrounded by piles and piles of snow.
