Lost and Found Slides

I was digging around in some closets today trying to find all the table setting for tomorrows feast.  There was box after box of things that I had totally forgotten about.  Daughters graduations gown.  Prom dresses.  Babies attire.  All sorts of stuff.  Then back in the very back was a lone shabby box, looked like something that should have been thrown out.  Good thing that I am such a pack-rat becuase what was in that box was history, lots and lots of history.
Lost and forgotten slides.  I don't even think that you can even make these any more the way film has been over taken by digital.  It's a good thing that I have an old slide projector.
Can you say "SLIDE SHOW?" 
Forget about football on Thanksgiving, we're watching slides.
