I thought this picture would look really great if it were closely cropped as I don't have the ability of taking a really good close-up picture.
I remember sitting in 7th grade science class when my teacher asked the question: how can the sun and the moon both be up and shining in the middle of day?
I took me science classes and years later to finally figure that one out. Call me a slow learner. Funny how some teachers can make imprints in those they teach, just wish that he hadn't left me hanging for so many years.

Interesting shot - I like your take on this theme.
Nice Barb, love your take and your image! For the record, I am a slow learner too! LOL
Never too late to learn and that is a good lunatic shot. My teachers made an impression mainly with a strap or cane but the metalwork teacher wanted to use a Ball Pane Hammer, I fled.
I like your take on the theme and the image. And sure, some theachers one just remembers because of similar things.
That's a great idea, Barb. And I love the frame and the crumpled overlay you've added. Really, really creative.
Great crop and cool presentation.
Love the treatment you gave it! It's a perfect daytime shot of the moon, usually hard to capture. Super shot!
This is very cool, well done!
