It odd! Back in the day, I used to do a lot of baking, cakes, cookies, pies you name it. So today, in celebration of the up--coming holiday, VALENTINES DAY. I thought it would be nice of me to bake up some sugar cookies.
If you have ever had a Lofthouse Sugar Cookie, that was what I was after. Soft, huge, cake-like and you can't eat just one.

Well as you can tell I have been sidetracked in my search for my favorite cookie recipe.
Perhaps it is time to call my sis as I know she will have the recipe. Then I will be able to bake up several for me, hubby and the neighbors.
I hate it when I remember having something but then can't find it.

In looking at the pictures within the photo, I think someone got sidetracked with the cake recipes!
