Feline Friends
This is my Dear Daughters Cat, KITTY. She is VERY spoiled. She gets everything she wants, TOY, SPECIAL FOOD, CLOTHES and HER OWN SPOT ON THE BED. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if my daughter threw birthday parties for her on her birthday. When I was there visiting the cat and I didn't get along. You see I am from a farm/ranch background and animals are to go outside at least once in awhile. So here is KITTY showing that she is not happy being outside and is trying to scratch her way back in. Oh I am SO bad.
{Day 13} Eyes
This Picture just cracks me up. Justin lives almost next door to me. He goes quite often snow machining with my husband and myself. On this particular ride his mother wasn't home to get him ready for the outing, leaving that up to the men of the house. When we were all getting ready I noticed that he had his swim goggles on instead of his snow goggles. He is such a funny little guy.
{Day 12} Fences
This is a very old, well used ranch fence. I wonder how many cows it has held in, and let out?
{Day 11} Winter
Winter in the Idaho high country. You can only get here either by snowshoes or snow machine. I prefer the later.
{Day 10} Rock Paper Scissors
I found these rocks in an old creek bottom. The whole is almost perfectly round and smooth. The water has worn down the lava and left in its tracks pockets of rocks like these scattered over the creek bottom. The rocks inside the whole are about the size of a human fist and larger. Interesting what the force of water can do.
{Day 9} Furry
While driving out in the country a while back, I came across this small band of sheep. You don't see as many around my parts as you use to. Most sheep ranchers are further south. My husbands family is still in the sheep business, that is most all of them. WE ARE NOT, thank goodness. We have COWS instead.
{Day 8} Rolling
Rolling hills, that is what we call them here in Idaho, ROLLING Hills/Mountains. This is where I ride my snow machine. I started WAY at the top of the picture, right where the top most mountain dips into the valley. Then I around and over the rest of the mountains until I ended up on top here where I took this picture.
